Description

Plastic model Zvezda 3649 - Russian BMP-3 tank in 1:35 scale to be glued. The kit contains 279 parts, length 205 mm.

The Russian infantry fighting vehicle BMP-3 is intended for the transport of soldiers and fire support. It was developed in the eighties of the 20th century based on the experience with its predecessors BMP-1 and BMP-2. His squad can accommodate 5 soldiers and the BMP crew, which consists of another three people. These vehicles are successfully used in attacks. No other armored vehicle is able to surpass the BMP-3 in terms of fire density. The rotating turret is equipped with a 100 mm cannon, capable of firing anti-tank guided missiles, as well as a rapid-fire 30 mm automatic cannon and a 7.62 mm PKT machine gun. Two more machine guns are installed in the front part of the body for shooting in the direction of travel. The BMP-3 accelerates along the highway to a "car" speed of 70 km/h, is capable of swimming at speeds of up to 10 km/h and surface firing.
