In the first film, Fast and Furious, police officer Brian O'Connor is tasked with infiltrating a gang of car thieves. For this purpose, he gets a specially modified Eclipse, so that thanks to his driving skills, he gets among the gang members.
The second generation Mitsubishi Eclipse is probably the most famous compact sports car, released in the late 90's. For 3 models, the Eclipse was available in atmospheric and supercharged front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions. Thanks to their aggressive style and clean lines, all Eclipse models were very popular.
