It reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots (46.3 km / h; 28.75 mph) and its maximum range is 3926 km (2438 miles). The drive is provided by three engines with a total output of 9250 hp. The ship also houses a smaller coastal vessel that can travel at speeds of up to 18 knots (21 mph) and can operate in shallow water.
