The AH-64D Longbow Apache is currently the most modern, most versatile and most armed combat helicopter in the world. This improved version of the Apache helicopter was used extremely effectively by the United States military in the Gulf Wars in 1991 and 2003. Long-range radar can be used to protect the helicopter, but in attack mode it can also accurately target up to 1000 potential targets, detect 128 enemies and also automatically prioritize up to 16 Hellfire guided missiles.
