Information about the template:
The Ferrari SF21 is a single-seater designed by the Scuderia Ferrari team for the 2021 racing season. The car is driven by Monaco driver Charles Leclerc and Spaniard Carlos Sainz Jr. It made its competitive debut at the 2021 Bahrain Grand Prix.
The monopost Ferrari SF21 is based on the previous SF1000 model. The changes took place mainly in the rear part of the vehicle, creating a new suspension and gearbox. This, along with the work done on the engine, allowed them to have a much narrower rear end. They also redesigned the cooling system. Changes also took place in the front part. A new front wing was developed with a new nose, but the chassis and suspension remained the same as the SF1000. Mattia Binotto said that the new engine performs well compared to last year and that its performance has improved "a lot". He also explained that 2021 is a "transition" year in preparation for the 2022 season.
The 2021 season marked the first time Leclerc had been beaten by a teammate in his motor racing career.
